A Decade of Academy Award Winners, The 40`s

1943: "Casablanca"

Join us this winter on Sunday nights as watch and discuss each year`s Best Picture of arguably the most tumultuous decade in history. As the world moves from war to peace to cold war, how do the year`s top films reflect this time period? We`ll discuss this along with the actors, directors and other points of interest as we watch what the industry voted it`s best.

Watch Bogart in his first romantic lead as he has to decide between love and his morals. Come learn about the midgets in the famous airport scene in what been voted one f the greatest movies of all time. The location is at the Unity Center of Spiritual Living in the University area. Bring a drink and a dinnerish snack to share. I got the popcorn. You may bring adult beverages. Just drink spiritually. Schedule:
