Let`s go ice skating! Come get to know your fellow CHOA YAP peers while having a great time! Lace up your skates and glide (or stumble) across the frozen water. Skating runs from 7:30-10pm with a 15-20 min. break in the middle to resurface the ice. Once you pay, you cannot leave the building and return, but you are free to come and go on the ice surface as you wish.

Admission is $6.50, skate rental is $3. Figure and hockey skates both available. If you try one and don`t like it, you can exchange them for the other kind at no extra cost. Figure skates are sized close to your shoe size and hockey skates are usually one size down (ie. if you wear a sz. 9 sneaker, you want sz. 8 hockey skates).

The rink has a concession booth that has drinks (even hot cocoa!), pizza, hot dogs, and typical snack foods.

You should wear warm clothes, gloves and a hat. Bring skates if you have them. If you think you`re going to fall a lot then you might want to also consider knee/ elbow pads.

Come ready for fun and I`ll see you all there! We will gather outside the rink at 7:30.
